Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation (credit card or within trading terms) has been received. Orders will be shipped via the most appropriate courier service as decided by MBL and be delivered between Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm excluding public holidays (subject to terms and conditions).

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct to avoid re-delivery charges, we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature or photograph proof upon delivery.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers may leave a parcel collection card or instructions for arranging redelivery. Deliveries via the MBL freight network will be delivered in a safe location if no one is in attendance at the delivery address. The MBL freight network reserve the right to leave the delivery address once the goods have been unloaded/delivered regardless of a signature or delivery acceptance.

Please note that we periodically use an external shipping provider therefore have very limited control once your goods leave our warehouse and can't guarantee delivery dates or delivery time windows.

Deliveries addresses that are to a residential address must be outlined at the time of order to avoid additional delivery fees.

Any delivery needing specific truck services i.e. tail gate/ forklift/Hand unload must be outlined at the time of the order being placed to avoid additional fees.

Fees incurred for specific truck services i.e. tail gate/ forklift/Hand unload etc. may be charged to the person/ business who required the service.

Order Storage

All orders (including machinery and parts) should be collected and/or organised for delivery/ collection within 1 week of the goods being available to do so. Orders not collected within this time frame may incur a storage fee every week that it remains uncollected/undelivered.

Machinery orders must be collected as per the contractual terms and conditions of your sale agreement.

Third-Party Freight Providers

When a customer is organising their own collection/delivery via a third-party provider, orders/goods will be made available with MBL as the pick up/ collection point. If your third-party provider requires delivery to their depot or location other than MBL, appropriate delivery charges will apply.

Member Shipping

All MBL members are entitled to 2 free deliveries per month for metro members or 1 free delivery for regional members provided they meet the minimum spend requirements - $500 per order (metro) & $1000 per order (regional).

If an allocated free delivery is not used in any given month, the free deliveries DO NOT accrue or ‘roll over’ to a following month.

Member orders will be delivered by MBL trucks on the allocated days for each area of the state as listed below:

Adelaide Metro

Adelaide metro consists of a fortnight delivery schedule.

Week 1

Monday - Kensington Park, Glenside, Marryatville, Firle, Glynde, Wattle Pk, Burnside, Frewville, Linden Park, Glenunga. North Haven, Kilkenny, Royal Park, Semaphore, Seaton, Port Adelaide, Croydon, Rosewater, Cheltenham, Glenelg, Allenby Gardens, Westlake’s

Tuesday – Local deliveries.

Wednesday - Aldinga, Noarlunga, Morphett Vale, Happy Valley, Moana, Hackham, Christies Beach, Willunga, Hope Valley, Modbury, Surrey Downs, Para vista, Valley View, Ingle Farm, Gilies Plains, Golden Grove, Clovercrest

Thursday - Stirling, Aldgate, Bridgewater, Mount Barker, Kangarilla, Meadows, Strathalbyn, Adelaide, Central Market, North Adelaide, Prospect, Hampstead Gardens,Totness.

Friday - Henley Beach, Marleston, Brooklyn Park, Hindmarsh, Ridleyton, Findon. Fulham Gardens, Thebarton, Torrensville, Munno Para, Gawler, Evanston, Angle vale, Burton, Willaston

Thursday – Adelaide Hills, Woodside, Balhannah, Hanhdorf, Nairne, Little Hampton, Piccadilly, Lobethal, Newton, Campbelltown, Marden, Payneham, Paradise, Walkerville, Collinswood, Athelstone, Holden Hill, Felixstow.

Adelaide Regional

Orders to be dispatched within 2 business days from the ordered date. If payment is required it will be 2 business days from when customer order has been paid.

Week 1 – South East

Week 2 – Yorke Peninsula

Week 2 – Mid-North - Burra, Saddleworth, Peterbourgh, Orroroo, Jamestown Clare, Balaklava, Dublin, Virgina

Week 3 – River Land

Week 4 – Eyre Peninsula

MBL will endeavor to deliver orders placed with MBL sales representatives two days after an order is placed.

MBL will accept additional orders or ‘add to’ orders up until 10am of the day following the order was originally placed to guarantee orders are collated and sent on the next available area run. ‘Add to’ orders outside of this timeframe can be couriered at the expense of the member.

Customer Pick Up

Customers may pick up their order free or charge by selecting ‘customer pick up’ as their freight method at checkout or by notifying their MBL representative at the time of placing their order. Pick up orders placed online will always require a minimum of a 2 hour processing time before collection is available, for larger orders, more time will be needed. Notification via email will be send when orders are ready for collection. Orders placed after 10am will be available next day (within MBL business hours). MBL ask that orders are collected within 48 hours of receiving collection notification to avoid storage fee’s.

Backorders

Products that go onto backorder will only be invoiced when products are available for delivery. Backordered products will be scheduled for delivery once incoming goods have been receipted into our system.

Returns Policy

Should you need to return a product to us, please contact our sales team with your invoice number within 48 hours of receiving the goods. MBL will not accept returns due to a customer changing their mind.

Any returns other than defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or writing on the product box. The return of goods considered to be defective is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine credit or exchange of goods. No refunds or exchange is available on Special Buy In items unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit

Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 24 hours of the customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure as declared by MBL or the manufacturer.
